90 days sobriety a couple of years ago!

Hello, I am new but not new to recovery. Today I am three days sober. Around two years ago I managed 90 days sobriety after following NoFap.

Two years later, I am struggling. My porn/sex addiction has spiralled out-of-control, despite the fact that in the last two years I've received much support:

• Hypnotherapy
  
• Counselling
• Group therapy
• Sex & love addiction meetings

So I am back to the NoFap solution that helped me get my longest period of sobriety (90 days). This time, I don't want to give up.

I've just read Gary Wilson's book 'Your Brain on Porn' which has given me renewed hope that I can recover and live a happy life. Thank you to everyone in the NoFap (including the forum posters) that has given me encouragement.
