90 Days Without Porn, Masturbation, and Orgasms?!?!? HOW?

    Almost wanted to relapse today but it’s the NoFap community that keeps me motivated. Join me and we can make it to the finish line together.

    You’re right. This is extremely difficult. My balls are in so much pain from not ejaculating and I’m only on Day 2. Idk how much longer I can hang on but I’ll do my best.

    Don't engage in fantasies. Fantasies feed urges, boredom feeds urges. The more you feed them, the stronger they get.

    Don't think about the challenge, just focus on not PMOing TODAY.

    Thank you. Everyone says just take it one day at a time instead of worrying about the entirety of the challenge. I will take that advice. Fantasies are so hard to stop thinking about but I need to stay committed. I don’t want to feel shame from a relapse. I also hear it gets easy after 2-4 weeks. You have any experience with that?

    I thought I wasn't gonna make it. Of course going to the movies yesterday helped a lot because that meant I wasn't going to be alone to contemplate masturbating for over two hours. Blue balls hit me like CRAZY! Taking it one day at a time...


    88 days to go.

    you really need to meditate every day. It develops space around your addiction so you can view it and not have as much attachment to it when the urges hit. You develop a heightened awareness to the addiction and can realize when it hits and react in a way that will help you quit as opposed to being entirely consumed by it and relapsing. When the urges hit keep on reminding yourself that it is a committment and you are giving up porn and masturbation. Also get out of the house and go for a walk and leave your phone when the urges hit. Go play basketball, or swim, just anything around people even.

    Thanks Talontron! I don’t meditate all the time but definitely more often. I love how meditation can alter my consciousness and awareness of myself and the world around me. I will start to meditate more frequently as I guide myself through my journey. Here goes Day 3!!!

    For me it wasn't easy. The last 4 days were the most difficult so far.

    The urges had built for quite a while and I found myself overwhelmed. I was really close to relapsing, twice, but I fought back.

    If it had been day 10-15, I would've relapsed. For me, after 25 days it was a little bit easier to NOT give in. My mind was clearer about the consequences of relapsing and the whole purpose of this journey.

    Urges will come, always. With time, what changes is not the frequency of the urges but the way you act when they come.

    Do you give in to PMO or do you learn to live with them?

    In the past, yes, I have always gave in to PMO. Today is day 3 for me and I came SO CLOSE to a relapse just minutes before writing this. Then I reminded myself why I started this. I don't want to have relapse after relapse. To be quite honest, I'm still scared that I will give in before the day is over. I thought it wouldn't be that hard to stop fantasizing but I just can't help it. I hope I can make it to tomorrow...

    Hey guys. So I relapsed a couple days ago so I'm back at Day 0. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I will relapse in the future. However, I think it is best to not get discouraged or upset with myself when I do. I'm just going to ride it it out and see how long I can do this...

    i relapsed too , don't worry , now a feel like i can do it, the urges are gone , and when they appears, i take a cold shower and everything is ok

    Thank you. I was going strong for 5 days and I had an ovewhelming urge to fap 2 days ago! I gave in and fapped 4 more times since then. This is DIFFICULT but I need to gain that self-discipline.

    Day 23 here the first 15 are the worst after that it changes and mine comes in waves the key is exercise weights cardio do not get bored it is your enemy!!!!!

    Day 24 tomorow, ice packs work in place of showers. If you get a hard on. Another thing to do is get up do jumping jacks or push ups.
    Touching my wife only where she is comfortable, hands feet forearms only when your not white knuckling . She knows my look.
