    Well, I did it. It's been 90 days since I had any communication with my genitals. Nothing. NO porn no nothing, and it feels great. Can't really explain it but I think the shame that comes with porn addiction is slowly dissipating. This has been the toughest thing I had to do all my life. But I know I'm still not out of the woods yet.
    It will take a long time to wipe all those images of body parts off my brain.
    Thanks to this forum I can share this stuff with everyone who wants to take on this challenge.
    So just do it. It will change your life.
