90 days

    Guys, I did it! This is my first time to do 90 days and it is amazing experience. I don't want to bore you with that "start" story (they all have a similar beginning anyway) so here it is: my tips to success:

    - don't count the days
    - don't wrtite a journal (that is is a tricky one, because journal is very usefull but in my case it was a counting days method)
    - detect your triggers and prevent them (it is a long and exhausting mission, but it is a necessary one)
    - dose your soccial life (i mean don't go clubbing or partying because your will power may not be strong enough to resist the temptations)
    - don't expect anything

    And make nofap your lifestyle not your goal.
