Fapstronaut
Hello, everyone. My name is Aydin (Shadow) . I am from Europe. I am on my third try to make it to day 200 and more. I was trying to cure my depression for years, nothing worked. Finally, I found nofap. Masturbation and porns used to be my drug. I was dying without my "drugs". Until I realized that I was actually addicted to porn and masturbation. I decided to do the impossible ... Start a journey of nofap.
Benefits of 90+ days of nofap:
1.Confidence - I am wayyyy more confident than I used to be. I was scared of what girls would think about me. Now I realize I am an alpha and my gf is lucky to have me. Thanks to confidence She is begging me not to leave her even though I never cheated her or anything.
2.Girls notice me more- I used to make an eye contact with hot strangers and nothing, but now girls actually look at me when I walk, run, talk.
3.LESS/NO DEPRESSION- finally I found a cure. I used to suffer from depression, but now I seem to be happy even when I have a terrible day, not everytime, though .
4.Self-love- I realize now that I love myself just the way I am. If someone doesn't love me, their loss because I am a funny person and a good friend.I love how I am evolving, becoming a better person every single day.
5.ALPHA MALE TRAITS- This is one of the reasons I started nofap and thank God I got these traits.I still can't believe how brave I actually am, I walked thru forest alone in the middle of the night ( don't ask why lol).
I confront my enemies earning their respect. I don't let anyone drag me down.
6.More energy- How many times did you masturbate and lay down on a bed and felt like s**t? No more. Now I actually do something with my life. I go to the gym.
7.NO SOCIAL ANXIETY- I talk to girls like with one of my friends. My teachers say I am very communicative and friendly. I talk to random strangers, I am not scared of communicating with random girls. I enjoy talking with parents, their friends...
I believe those are six most important benefits I actually noticed. I hope Fapstronauts can help me continue my journey and I will tell them everything they need. Masturbation and porn are drugs. Your mind is stronger than your body. DON'T QUIT, I DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE ON DAY 1 OR DAY 250 ... DON'T QUIT.
