    This is Ahmed Sabbir, a 20-year-old boy from Dhaka, Bangladesh who is terribly addicted to pornography the ends up doing masturbation and came here to seek help. How do I get out of this circle? - if you've something worth sharing, help me out.

    Welcome to NoFap. My advice would be to control your thoughts. When you're desiring to look at pornography, use your mind to focus yourself away from it. In other words, think on certain things. There are images that you can set your mind on that will kill sexual images. You need to find images that conquer. One of the most soul stirring images I can think about is Isaiah chapter 6 (from the Bible).

    When I've got a picture of a woman in my mind, I think about Isaiah pronouncing a curse on himself, the doorposts shaking and the place fills with smoke and the seraphim charge back and forth. When sexual images attack your mind, you have to fight back. Think on something that's pure, wholesome and inspiring.
