A Biblical perspective on our battle against temptation and PMO

    I understand that mentioning a Christian perspective might be off-putting but found these two audio clips interesting. For me, it was a spot on accurate descriptions of temptation, how a momentary thought about porn or even a sexual fantasy can if I'm not careful lead me down the road to days of porn and generally feeling like shit about myself.

    Each to their own. I am not a Christian and would not be on this site if it was a Christian site, as I think it would be incompatible with my recovery. However, I think there are Christians on here who would benefit from your post. End of the day, whatever gets you through, right? I might even check them out if I start struggling. Regardless of religion, we all suffer the temptation.

    Yes. Both of those passages are invaluable to anyone recovering. I am a Christian, but non Christians would also benefit from listening to those clips. While you may not agree with the Christian principles, there is still valuable information that would be useful for a non Christian too.
