A BIT PAIN IN THE BACK !

    Hello !

    I rebooted for a few days already. I started to feel painful in my back but it often happens for a short while. Who has the symptoms and willing to share your experiences?

    Back pain can be caused by different reasons. Once I tried physiotherapy treatment in Eden Physio clinic in Auckland, NZ. At that time I had some back pain problems after injury and now I can say it really works. But anyway it's better to consult with your local specialist first to make the right diagnosis.

    I dont think your back pain is related to NoFap, It should be something else. In any case it will go away. Ironically even I am having back pain from yesterday, but I think its not related to Nofap
