    In the spirit of NoFap/ No PMO I bring you... Nosocialmedia

    That's right. None. Dont even touch it. You dont have to deactivate your accounts (though you can if you so desire.. I've just done it before in the past only to come back). Uninstall Facebook, Uninstall messenger, Uninstall Insta, Snap, Twitter, Kik, all of it.

    During your NoFap, dissapear off that drama. Just ghost. Be gone. See how long you can last.


    You'll be surprised how compulsive the action to get on FB or any other site is, and you'll catch yourself trying to out of habit throughout the day. Abstaining from social media, in my belief, could help us recover quicker, as there are less triggering pictures- and we dont find ourselves getting worked up thinking about x y and z, this person this and that leading to a relapse out of feeling inadequacy.. do you follow?


    It also brings to scope the fact that this isn't JUST a porn addiction. This is an internet addiction as well. Fuck all of it. If you can, dont use the internet at all- turn your phone off as often as possible- and get out there!
