Day 21

Things are not easy and I can't say I haven't tried to skirt around the rules I set up but I haven't looked at P and I haven't M'd. God willing I will make it to day 30 next Wednesday.

 

I relapse after 8 days. I have start agian.

Home with the kids today. The urges are much smaller this week than the first week. Still there but fading.

Hello guys im on day 15, i have not watched porn or masturbated, but had one wet dream.

 

now i just feel like a brand new i have found a way to divert my thoughts frm PMO concetrating on my studies and seems i m winning

 

Almost at 23 days. I've found it relatively easy till today. I haven't really been getting turned on by attractive women till this morning. I seen a beautiful woman on Facebook and immediately got a hard-on. This then led to edging with hot pics of clothed women for probably less than a minute but now that's what I feel like doing again and again. I started my day off with meditation and was focused to knock out some goals, and I guess stress and anxiety hit me. Need some support, only 7 days to go.

 

Day 23

Yeah, not easy for me either today. Maybe things will get better once I get to work. I did however, get 8 hours of sleep which hasn't happened in many months.
