A couple of over-asked questions: first post

    Hey all,

    So glad this community exists. I've been trying to quit a PMO addiction for about 2 months (unsuccessfully), and thought that maybe turning to others could be helpful. On my first 30 days (mid September to mid October) I has several relapses but there was a noticeable difference. I'm in a long distance relationship with my SO, and always assumed I had some form of ED as well as DE, it was only at the end of October when I was reunited with my SO that I made the connection. A few questions:

    1. I'm in a position where I can't share this struggle with my partner, is it feasible to go hard-mode when I'm not with them, and then "normal-mode" when I'm with them?

    2. I find myself relapsing every 2-3 days, and can't seem to break the cycle. I workout regularly and find I'm most susceptible right after my workouts, any advice?

    3. My biggest trigger is often my own thoughts, and it's often a quick downward spiral to porn as well as often resubscribing to several onlyfans accounts (rip my wallet). I've tried a dns on my phone to block NSFW websites but it's too easy to just turn it off. What has worked for everyone else regarding p*rn blockers?

    tl;dr first post, been having trouble quitting independently. 3 questions:

    1. Is it okay to alternate between hard-mode and normal-mode with my partner?
    2. I often relapse after a workout, any advice?
    3. What have been your most effective p*rn blockers that are hard to disable?
