Guys! I thought this shit waa supposed to start disappearing... In other words, once I dream of something, it's usually very specific and then I wake up with that specific thought in my head but it's rare for me to dream about the same thing again - so maybe it's my brain attempting to erase or overcome that particular unwanted fetish.

Perhaps these dreams are a crucial part of the rebooting process.

Sadly we can't control our dreams. So when you're withdrawing, you can expect your mind to attack you there, where you have least power. I find reminding myself of that was useful though. There's nothing I can do about It and, while it can be intense, the mental SHOCK goes away in an hour or too.

Maybe it would be useful, for a while, to routinely do something constructive for your mind, even for 10 mins, straight after you wake up. Coming here for example, Or playing a game on your phone or something. Something to refocus.

Echoing a previous comment, it'll happen less over time. We seem largely to dream about things that are on our minds, and as PMO and fetishes retreat to the past, you'll start dreaming about hanging out with the golfer John Daly in Vegas, or whatever.
