    Hi all,

    I don't know if only me or other people experience this but after doing it there is a feeling of disgust which creeps in. A hopelessness. A sense of big WHY??? WHY to do this stupid and awful thing? Utterly non sense and shitty thing this fapping.

    Is anyone out there who experience the same feeling?

    Yes. That's why a lot of us are here, I think. I'm tired of being disgusted with myself and I'm tired of willfully causing biological and mental harm to myself on a daily basis.
