    24 years old , single male , I suck with women,normal guy with normal life , except for that sexual porn addiction that i have had since i was 11 , when i tryed nofap for the first time i realized that , nofap was what it was missing in my life , i started to be more confident and determined to go out for my dreams , but i relapeced , so im here hoping to have support im my journey and reach my goals in life .i relapce today after 10 days so its day 0 for me

    hey bro, it's not easy but the solution is to really get educated, identify your porn fetish and tackle it efficiently.
