A new beginning

Gentlemen:

This is my new beginning. I'm almost 23 years old. I have been on pmo since I was 14. I didnt have internet so I was not watching porn but mostly masturbating. Once I had technology I got girls numbers and snapchats and sexted through text and videochat. This has brought on a ton of guilt and shame that only Jesus Christ can take away.
Once I got girls numbers and snapchats, NoFap got so much harder.
My current goal is to get 30 days nofap. I want to be free of all of this because it has brought so much heartache and my spiritual development has been severely halted by PMO.

I am grateful for this community because it shows hope in a sexual world. I need your prayers. Currently I dont have any accountability partners because of this coronavirus.

I also have a dopamine issue I want to get free. This includes music and youtube addiction. Music addiction comes from trance, hardstyle, and hardcore music. I want to listen to about 2 hours a day. I have a youtube addiction which hinders me from work.

Pray for me. I pray that God will use NoFap to heal me.

Hey God always forgives us as I long as we ask for forgiveness so dont worry. Try to other activities or any hobby as we're all quarantined I dont see any other things to do then watch YouTube so yeah I'm guilty too lol. I hope you can fulfil you're 30 days journey! The urges will be there and it will be hard just avoid what triggers you. Good luck
