I've been watching porn, masturbating and acting out for almost 12 years now. I've been addicted to porn for several years. I've got to a point where I was masturbating 10+ times a day, neglecting every every other aspect of my life.

My longest and last streak was 21 days. I feel like Porn and excessive masturbation are a major problem in my life. Things started to get out of control and that's why I'm here.

I don't expect superpowers or magnetism coming from this big experiment that is NoFap. I just want my life back and be able to take decisions with a clear and rational mind.
