a new problem

    since the day i quit porn,my urges have been better,i.e i have been having harder erections,i don't seem to need the artificial stimuli to have a hard on.staying away from porn has also led me to have more confidence and get more time out of my day which i earlier used to waste on watching porn.
    but the problem is that,the gap of dopamine that was so drastically created is yet to be filled,i do read books and i do get out of my house in the evening for an exercise,but since the last few days i had been putting off exercise and working out telling myself that i'd do it later.
    last night i was sleeping and felt uncomfortable (sexually uncomfortable if i may say.so i hugged a pillow.(which i have been convincing myself till date is my way to feel less lonely.),not having a sexual outlet since the last few days such as deep study or exercise led to me feeling comfortable with the cushion that u get when u hug a pillow.
    skipping to the part,stupid as it may seem,i started humping the pillow.yess, i did get that horny that i entered that part.and what happened is obviously a relapse.though not to porn but it was a relapse on the semen retention streak.i'm resetting the counter.

    Well you said that you skipped exercise prior, when you are not exercising you are not getting dopamine from that either so the urge to get it rises. Also I recommend learning new skills like cooking to fill the dopamine gap when you cant exercise.
     
  3. Good Dopamine increases during natural pleasurable activities. It could be anything you find joy in. Books exercise music writing walking in nature etc. Just keep looking to find the thing that will keep porn draining you of your lifes energy.
