Since joining this recovery effort, i've pledged to live a celibate life, abstinent of PMO as well as intercourse. My addiction has brought me to the lowest point of my life again and again, deeper down the rabbit hole each time i give in to it. I am hopeful today. I don't have to give in. Relapse is not a requirement for recovery.
