A normal guy

Hi everyone, I am new, so I am going to post something about me
I have 20 years old and I have been doing pmo since 16 years old. Over the years I realized that it was something that I enjoyed and not at the same time. I got an instantaneous pleasure that disappeared fleetingly and in my case I regretted it after doing it. I felt disappointed with myself and that was something I had to avoid at all costs because I was getting away from my goals. But I did it again xD
Until January of this year, that I proposed to leave it and endured a week
In that week I felt done, more mature and more focused on my studies (I'm studying a career) but the desire beat me and I fell again
Now I hope to leave it for once, even if it becomes very difficult
