A passion for exercise!

    Hey guys,

    Since starting my journey to a life free of porn I have really built up a passion for exercising, I have purchased some Puma running gear and feel really good for it. I plan on running 3-4 times a week for at least 20-30 mins nothing more as I want to build some muscle as well but am really looking forward to it. Below is my exercise routine, see what you guys think. I am hopping to attend some small marathons next year and maybe one day train to go on and do the big bugger the (London Marathon)

    For now I'm only using 12.5kg but hoping to build it up to 20-30kg

    Monday - Morning run / Arms (Bicep Curls, Diamond Push Ups, Tricep Dips) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Tuesday - Legs (Dumbell Squats, Dumbell lunges) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Wednesday - Morning run / Arms (Bicep Curls, Diamond Push Ups, Tricep Dips) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Thursday - Legs (Dumbell Squats, Dumbell lunges) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Friday - Morning run / Arms (Bicep Curls, Diamond Push Ups, Tricep Dips) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Saturday - Legs (Dumbell Squats, Dumbell lunges) 10 sets of 12 reps
    Sunday - my lazy day :)

    Overall it's between 4h-5h of exercise a week which aint to bad I guess, has anyone started exercising like mad since starting nofap? Would love to hear your answers.

    Sounds great. Where do you learn how to do the anaerobic exercises?

    I have done a lot of walking and some fitness videos plus push ups. Yes way more exercise. NoFap helped me from becoming obese. There is a particular boost for the first 60 days but then energy is very steady after that once I regulate sleep and working hours.

    Hey Woody, I'm back after a long break from my nofap journey (One Year).. this time I'm here to stay. Its been hard for the past one year a lot of up's & down's, but mostly feeling lost & not connected to myself... been losing my temper with my wife & started drinking alcohol & smoking as well. Felt very miserable, then I remembered my old streak of around 20-30 days, thought how good it made me feel when I did that.

    So anyways cutting things a little short, I just wanted to quit my drinking /smoking & get back to my nofap journey. Its going to be my 2nd day now & I already feel more centered... I purchased myself some weights to workout & I'm determined to start working out regularly. I also want to gain some weight so purchased some protein powder to give me that extra calories.

    By the looks of it your schedule looks great.. I think I'm going to follow that myself, will keep you posted on how things go.:)
