    what are your reasons for doing this? You have to have enough reasons to stop watching porn or else it's not going to work

    It is draining my energy, wasting a lot of time, but the worst is that is making me to be unfaithful. I think that these are more than enough reasons to start this challenge. I am already in my day 12 day monk mode.

    Those are very good reasons indeed. I did it mostly for my relationship.

    @nato1115 Have you considered writing a journal in your age group? Writing journal is a great way to understand more about this addiciton
