    Right now I'm struggling so I just want to let all know that also are feeling helpless that you're not alone. Let's use this post to share what we face. Right now I'm facing temptation and I'm saying no. I will not give in because I'm sick and tired of being a slave to this stupid addiction. I need remind myself constantly that what I decide to do is my choice and my mind can go and shove it!!!

    Going through the same thing right now. Just reset after a 35 day streak and I've already binged a bit. My mind wants me to keep going, but I really don't want to...

    was tempted tonight, been just one week now, I read these posts when I am about to do it and it prevents me from going back, determined this time but it is a struggle
