    Hi folks,

Not so long ago I wrote a thread about my idea of trying a progressive approach in crushing PMO, consisting in quitting P and M one at the time focusing on a long period recovery, as cold turkey never really worked for me (u can find original thread here https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.p...e-approach-advice-needed.161467/#post-1362340)

Long story short, I relapsed. BUT, but. There is something I really want to share.

    1. I went three weeks straight without P. That's an ABSOLUTE RECORD for my last years of short and miserable attempts. Also this relapse does not feel frustrating as the countless one I had in the recent past.
    2. I relapsed once but I didn't kept indulging in relapsing. That is quite unusual as well.
    3. I started to dream a lot and very vividly, not only I had some erotic dreams after years, but dreams in general are more frequent.
    4. My sex related fantasies and automatic thoughts are reduced a lot in number, intensity and the presence of violence/abuse or stuff like that has considerably decreased as well. Also fantasies have the tendency of focussing on my SO.
    5. I sleep better and rest better. And feel more energetic in general.

Those conclusions are the best results I had in a long time (and they are more noticeble than my previous record too) and I actively feel less tempted by P.

DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS THE BEST WAY, FOLLOW WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU. IF YOU FEEL THIS APPROACH HURTS YOU FOR JESUS CHRIST'S SAKE DON'T USE IT AS AN EXCUSE. I know I am sharing something that is descouraged and I know it is descouraged for a reason: it generally doesn't work. I am just sharing what is working atm for my body and mind. Maybe it could help someone. But if does not help for gods sake go to the next thread.

If u have questions or comments bout that please do them, I am really curious to hear other's opinions.

    Be at peace you all!

Watch out for chaser. It can keep you down for weeks or perhaps months if you let it.
