  3. Day 3........
I relapsed. I feel bad about it. But I do have a plan of action. Every relapse is a learning experience for me and even though I went 26 days without PMO, I still had sexual thoughts. I will try to reduce these thoughts starting now.

Also, I am planning to reward myself with the game for going 26 days. Simply because I want it for motivation (also cause the game is kind of rare...). My new goal now would be March 31st. That is 60 days starting now. Wish me luck!

Day 31, my original goal reached. Hooray! Onwards to 45 days!

    This is reassuring! Thanks.

Nice insight. I agree with all you say. Thanks for sharing

I think that is a very good idea.

    Congratulations!! Great job.

Gotta come clean. My goal was to quit P because I figured that was the only problem, and that MO was perfectly fine. However, I believe I relapsed. I didn't believe it was a relapse at first because it was only MO and my goal was only to quit P, but after losing my motivation to socialize, to work, to study, to smile and almost to live, I realized that couldn't be further from the truth. I'm resetting my counter, and this time I'll quit PM.

On day 3 today. I feel like my commitment to not fapping has been pretty low. I haven’t watched porn in probably 15 days or so, but I just keep fapping once every 3-6 days. Kind of dissapointing. Need to find a need to be motivated again.

I really miss that raw energy and power I felt after 15 days of no pmo, hard to get back to that point though.

My life is a bit boring at the moment, so I don’t have much to tell you. I’m not feeling great, but it’s not that bad either.

At least you learned something from this relapse. Get up and try to be not too upset.

    Quick question -
Does no PMO help to stop dwelling on the past and to live in the present? (past mistakes & past relationships)
    did anyone experience that? thanks!

What's up guys. Don't give up. I'm telling you! I'm on day 31, and I feel really good. There is absolutely nothing to go back to, nothing but misery. Once you crawl out of the dungeon and breathe fresh air again, there is no going back. So don't give up. Stay with it through the pain, go through the hard times, and you will get to breathe fresh air again. And when you do, there's no going back. I promise you. Stick with it.

Some minor hormone adjustments, probably. Everything is going good for you, but stay vigilant always! Happy rebooting.

Thank you for sharing your hard-earned lesson.

This seams a pretty good reason to stay motivated. You could also read some success stories. This helps me from time to time.

I promise you that it will only get better and better, but after a few weeks, there comes a point where you have to face your problems, the real reasons behind your escape to PMO. This is very hard. It takes failing a bunch of times to truly realize why. But after this point, life will open up. I promise you.
    Yes, it does!
Once you stop running from your problems and start facing them directly, you start resolving as many as you can and accept the rest for what they are. Then, the magic starts to happen. This takes time, and learning by doing, trial and error. We fail again and again, but we learn so much. It is a very tough process, but it is very rewarding. Ultimately, it's what we have to do. Sooner or later, we will have to get our act together.
Running will not solve anything. It's learning to face our fears with the right degree of effort - not too much so that we burn out and fail, not so little that we don't get anywhere.

Guys, I hope I don't sound rude or arrogant. This is not my intention at all! I am very much motivated to share the mindset that one needs to adopt - the no-going-back-mindset. I mean this very practically. It's not just some thought. It's not some kind of flimsy promise, that you can just break whenever. It's a true way of living, true to oneself.
Not lying to oneself, not having hidden motivations, not having second thoughts.

Throw away the return ticket! Trust in where you are going, jump out into it, LIVE IT! This is the true way!

2/8 and getting through it slowly. There was a tip somebody once said about naming three things out loud to stop urges but forgot the ins and outs of it. Anybody remember?
