Always wondering what make me lose my sense of time, does pmo did that? Anyway i'm on day 2/5 (i'm always fail so i will pick something easy first). Today's really tough, got an urge for entire day which is cured by playing games that unfortunately leading to procastination for an entire day. *note for those who read this, DON'T GET DEMOTIVATED WITH WHAT I WRITE *sorry for terrible grammar (and tense probably)

Quit gaming. It helps a lot. Replace it with a more useful activity.

 

So, I went through 2 and 5. I want my next goal to be 11.

19/21 and feel a bit more free with my thoughts. I am still wary over my triggers. And holding onto getting rid of this poisoned mind of mine. I know its going to take time to get to where I want to be. But each second without PMO is a seco d closer to that goal.
