Nice. 3 weeks is a good milestone I’d say.
I used to write longer messages here but lately I’ve mostly had conversations over PM’s. Besides that I’ve been really busy (which is good actually I’d say). But I’ll do my best to keep you all more up to date, but I just want to say that there’s no need to worry.
It’s okay. But please, watch out the coming days. After a good streak it’s even easier to mess it up (I’m speaking out of experience). But no need to worry. Focus on NoFap the coming days, and after 5 days you’ll be back on track I think. All the best man.

aight 2 days over. I think every time I beat a goal I need to be careful since I think I can relapse after that.

I'm doubling my days each time, so the one past 90 for me will be 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128
Or do another 91 days. 90+91 = 181. I think you're right for setting an new goal though. I've been at 90 before and just carried on, thinking I was cured became complacent and relapsed at 113.
24 days is great, be proud of that and know that you have made real changes to the way your brain works, stay calm, focus and get back on the road to recovery, don't hang around at the beginning get some days behind you and you'll be passing your previous record soon.

I just didn't even try and feel like poop cos of it. Why do something which makes me feel this bad and shameful. Stupid
Its alright mate, we have all relapsed many times here. Its part of the process.
Just need to pick yourself back up, try and learn something and keep at it
