20/21. Had a wet dream (WD) this night going in to day 21. Dreamed I was PMO-ing, waking up, I believe saying: "Noo". Well now, happy for the WD – first during this streak – but not pleasant.
So my very first day begins. I´m in. 0/3
I'm in trouble guys. I edged at P. Didn't relapse but still.

Relapsed guys. It was going not well the last days. Longest streak ever I guess (32 days). Now time to stay aware of the heavy incoming urges.

Yes, try and keep your mind focused on other things, stay busy and the difficult first three days will go much faster.
Great to see you getting past the three week mark. Continue to build your strategies and start new life habits/activities. Get away from old routines to help keep your mind off old familiar ruts.

Glad to see some new names and glad to see progress with those who've been on this thread longer. You CAN do this. Guys, P is by far the greatest threat to your success in beating pmo. Urges to edge and m come and go and they're difficult enough to deal with but the compulsion to look at P will pull you to the full pmo cycle virtually every time. P reaches in to the dopamine addiction as well as the imagination centers of your brain and drags you kicking and screaming to look at more and gradually harder stuff. It starts you with very mildly provocative pics and sucks you down a path to worse and worse and worst.
Fight P and you have far better odds for winning against mo. Test this yourself if you don't believe me. Get away from P. It's hurting your present and future. Next time you meditate, try and see all the ways P sucks away your life. That's a challenge.
I want to complete 7 days without PMO.Today is my 4 th day.3 days more.
After several days in what I presume is flatline, libido hit hard whilst and after training today. Some surfing on the web later escalated quickly, to P(-subs), but realising what I was doing and where I was heading, I closed it down and quit. I decide not to reset. Resisting urges further and pressing on. On day 28, couple more hours.
