I'm in. Day 6, my goal is 90. But... idk i'm afraid that someday i'll relapse
Day 6 is a great start. Let's try to get to 10 days. That will be a good challenge. You're over halfway!!

14 days is fantastic but you must be having a few withdrawal symptoms. Care to share?
I haven't felt a significant change, every day I still felt tired and tense on my shoulder. Idk why.. And Social anxiety still surrounds me..
But I think I'm fine as long as I don't relapse, even though it's uncomfortable.
Maybe someday it will go away.. maybe not? I'm a bit worried.
I had a lot of such tension at that very time. It will pass. Now is the time to work on new habits and forcing yourself to attend to things you have let slip, whatever they may be. Fill your time with productive stuff.
Are you flatlining right now? Low mood, no energy, possibly no morning wood?
