Day 29/31 - Things are alright. Going for a walk.
I don't have time to write to guys individually today, so let me just say that I support everyone here. We have a couple of guys almost reaching their goals. Congratulations.
To the guys who relapsed: Try to learn from it if you can. Please try not to stress about it.. It's like learning to walk. You have to fall in order to know how to keep your balance.
Day 1 of 7
1/5. I was outside, easy day
0/8 and again my trigger is, and has been the last 4 times, from texting. That leads to P subs which leads to PMO. I have now told her straight about my condition and blocked her.
Should have done this weeks ago. And I thought it was due to loneliness that I was texting her. But it was my brain wanting to lead me to that dopamine fix. I do not find this woman attractive, her personality pisses me off, but my brain looked at her like an object I could do what I wanted with. Sexualizing her.
Anybody who relapses don't get down about it. Instead look at the relapse, the causes, the whys, delve into it. We are reteaching our brains so we need to learn about what our own triggers are. Now bring on these next 8 days. Focus my mind and hit this thing

Had a pretty nice day, especially tonight.
So at this very moment I’ve decided that I won’t give room to PMO, and anything related to it. Please remember me if I’ll forget it the coming days.
Fell off the wagon during the last couple of days... Gonna start again by aiming for a week.

Completed my target. I have completed 3 consecutive challenges on this plate form. First was 11 days, then 21 days and now 33 days. No relapse.
Now I need another challenge. Challenge is becoming my hobby
