While enjoying pornography, your dopamine levels raise to around 200% of what is normal.
These abnormal levels of dopamine fuck with your mood.
Watching porn for extended periods of time, keeping your dopamine level so artificially high tricks our brains into thinking this is the new “normal”.
Ok, now is time for my question: after how many days, the dopamine become normal?

And now is some motivation: I think that after first week of nofap, we can control urges and cravings.
First week is very hard because the brain want dopamine, and try to trick us to watch p and m.
After one week we begin to have control. How far we are from last fap, however things become easier.

Personaly, I feel very good after 7 days. But fist 7 days are very, very, very hard for me and I feel like shit, I feel that I don't have good control. After 7 days, things becomes different.

Every person is different. The brain is flexible and recovers after a while. The time depends on the level of damage, habits, genetics... a lot of things. You have a great knowledge of what the 'dopamine process' is. When an addiction disrupts that process in our brains, we become almost unable to feel excited about something. You will notice that the 'dopamine process' will have recovered when you will be able to enjoy small things of life. I mean tasty food, birds singing, hobbies,.... for example. All those things can make us really happy when we have our 'dopamine system' back to normal.

And you are right, the first week is the most difficult, but we should never let our guard down. Thanks for posting.

Ya I agree that everyone is different. For me the first week is pretty easy because I'm laser focused on not messing up and I fly right through. From my experience, days 10-15 are usually when I hit more rough spots. I had a couple rough days this past week but endured through it and the last few days have been pretty easy. Hoping it continues to get easier but I'm not holding my breath lol. It's a strong addiction for a reason.

I'm guessing it takes around 90 days for us to REALLY be used to the changed dopamine because that's when they say the brain has finally recovered.
