A question regarding long distance relationships

Hello everyone!

I have a quick question here.
So I'm currently in a long distance relationship, and I am not able to see my girlfriend often. We occasionally have video sessions where we tease each other and possibly masturbate to it. My question is how you think about this, having this sort of "online sex". Do you think this is the same as watching pornography, and masturbating to that? How do you feel about sexting?
 
It is very hard for the brain to differentiate from your g/f and other girls if they are doing similar things on screen. I did this about 20 years ago with a g/f on cam. It’s also very hard to not ask too many times for it when it becomes your only outlet.
If you want to quit PMO, this likely won’t help and may make it harder.
