    When you buy a new SIM card you need to register your age to have restrictions lifted. Contact your service provider , tell them a younger family member will be using the SIM and you like restrictions put back on.

    To have this lifted you need to contact them again.

    I've just bought a new SIM contract and have to ring. So I'm not going to bother, and just throw my old SIM out
