What I'm looking for is natural. I'm looking for stimulation. Eating high calories is the second most important innate function gained from our hunter/gatherer days. The first was sex. I could prevent relapses by bringing some food with me to my triggers. I could bring an apple to my laptop. I could make myself a smoothie while watching Euphoria. I can replace the sensation of "fucking" with "eating". I can condition myself to associate sex with hunger because triggers are unavoidable. I'm going to try this for 90 days.
 
good idea, do that.
just don't let that get unhealthy with loads of food.
I dunno why, but these Nutella b-ready bars and drinking Mezzo Mix makes me feel better and escape the temptation.

does anyone else here have a go-to prevention food?
