So I have been at trying nofap for about 2 years.
Before I had issues with mo but not p. I had been doing mo for about 5 years. Now I feel more focused and healthy. I feel more accomplished like everyday is an opportunity to gain and not to just feel pleasure. I have had relapse and will have in the future. But at least I have a track to follow and hope to never go down the same road again
