I am so thankful I found this place. I have tried for a few years to give up PMO, and throughout 2016 I have been making inconsistent progress, but I feel I am moving in the right direction. I typically struggle more with MO and not so much using P. I am two weeks in right now with no MO and about 5 weeks without voluntary P. I think this community will help me so much more in achieving my goals and leading my life to my full potential without the burden of PMO and the plethora of negatives it brings. What is the best piece of advice for staying strong across the long haul?
Hey man that's a really powerful start you got there! Keep it up. I could never last longer than a month so I guess you could call me a veteran quitter but one thing I learned here that changed my life: don't hate yourself for this. I started to accept who I was and I'm making slow but steady progress. Love yourself, man.
