Hello everyone as we read and learned the addiction affected our brain so my question is, after the reboot does the brain back to normal as it was? And how long does need it?

You can search online for other addiction studies because pmo addiction has only recently began investigated. Also I don't know exactly what you mean by normal and why you need to look so much at sources. Are you having doupts that whatever you do your life won't be "normal". You can see the improvements yourself once you start. But you have to reinforce good habits if you want to see real change. SInce I stopped pmo I managed to wake up without an alarm very early, exercise everyday, brain fog is gone, I can study way more efficiently etc. The brain is capable of changing and to go either way. Good luck

Search for neuroplasticity and read about it. I hope the same process happens during reboot

Did you watch The Great Porn Experiment? Read a little about this subject dude... I don't have any books now, but this forum and the internet itself is filled with information... But what i can tell is that this is like any addiction, and as @Harry_arg said, you need to keep going, so you cans feel the changes in yourself. Be in peace brother
