last week i found out what NoFap community is and i just had to join. I am 22 y/o male who s been having difficulties with erection pretty much all my sexual life. With some girls it was better , with some it was worse, but its just been there all the time. I ve never ever considered my porn usage as a problem only now I do thanks to nofap forums. I v been a heavy porn user since the age of 12, started out as normal porn scenes but over the years it escalated to more extreme stuff. i used to watch everyday and masturbated maybe 1 to 3 times a day. I blame my ED to porn usage and maybe a little bit of anxiety issues. Anyhow i started my 90 day challenge and now i am 10 days in. I do have a girlfriend and i want to focus all my sexual energy only to her cause i love her deeply and it just frustrates me when i cant get it up with her. I will keep you updated with my journey fapstronauts and i hope i will be welcomed here. Also I will be glad to recieve any advice from you guys. Thanks
