Ab's and semen retention?

I have a question as to adbominal's and semen retention.

Do your ab's show more without masturbation and ejaculation? I've been trying to get abs for years and some where I end up ejaculating... If I have a pretty fluent streak with over 30 days so to say. would your abs show more with training and consistency?

 

I'm on a 27 day streak and I haven't noticed changes in my abs in any of my streaks, for sure I've seen size in my calves and neck, and a v-cut
