Abstain from PM but not O?

    So after watching the YBOP video it is suggested to stop viewing porn to masturbate and start doing activities with a real person.

    About a week ago I believed that I had PIED; Although this has not been the case every time I'm in bed with my girlfriend I have reason to believe that the ED sprung from the use of P.

    Would avoiding PM but still having O mean that I cannot successfully reboot?

    I have been about 3 or 4 days with out PM and even now I can feel that by not masturbating I am about ready to get it on with my girlfriend.
