Hi, I like to stay "clean" of P and M for the rest of my life. But my next goal is to stay 10 days without and than the 90 days.. after that we will see. I think especially P isn't good for my vision of what is the right valu of women. Would be much better to stay without M and to love my wife.

Been through a very fluctuating state recently. I'd commit to nofap for 2-3 days only to relapse on day 3 or 4... Hoping to change that now. So, yeah I'm in.

Count me in. I am doing this because I am determined to be free of addiction. I am fundamentally changing how I live, and this is the cornerstone of my new self control and discipline. I am doing 90 day hard mode; but I am separated from my wife and living alone, and the longer term goal is 365 days hard mode, potentially think about a new relationship after that time. I think the celibacy is actually re-directing energy into other areas of my life and I am feeling vastly better now at day 57.
