No wonder that there's been no luck with finding a man so far, there's no quality investment into my hobbies and interests and working on myself... this s**t ruins your sense of time, life, dating, love, communication...

I would love to participate as well! Already on day 3 after a lot of struggels in the past. I am doing Hard Mode for 90 days. I'm not lonely nor do I feel really bad. I just feel like I lost track of my life, "off the road" I think? But that has more factors than only PMO.. NoFap feels like I gain a bit more control on my life and thus get back more on track, on the road again.

I'm up for this challenge and I'm going hard-mode, I'll abstain from p-subs and pmo for the whole month. My goals for this challenge are a modified version if victor pride's 30 days of discipline (if you don't know that challenge I recommend looking it up), I'm doing this because the habit doesn't represent me and I'm tired of engaging in it!

 

Almost slipped today . I was so close but I had a quick look at Nofap and I resisted
