Abstaining from PMO

    Due to the social anxiety that ive been enduring for the last couple of years, I have figured out that watching porn might be the cause of my problems with social anxiety. Symptoms of social anxiety started when i first laid my eyes on porn around 12 years ago. Since the symptoms have been severe lately, I'll put all my effort to abstain from PMO and see where I go from there
