Oh Guys ... My body is shaking. I was search for information about the cheater's club, that film with Charisma Carpenter, Wendy Anderson etc. and I saw a blog called sensual fetish on wordpress ... I clicked scroll down and saw a porn gif. When i saw this gif I immediately closed my browser. After this situation my heart was speed up my body was shaking and I had a little shock or something. I know name this blog definitely show's erotical content but I was expect a something subtle not femdom/cuckold fetish.

After week ago my withdrawal was gone but now I fear about my withdrawal will return in couple of days or my confidence and happiness drop down. Fuck...

What do you think? What now?

Grey zone. You could guess from the name of the blog that there could have been problems.

Felt aroused? I must suppose no, by reading your lines.
I would not consider it a relapse, don't worry

I used to suffer a similar problem where softcore images would be displayed on the sidebar of news websites I would visit to read the local news. I used to get cocky and click on them thinking nothing would go wrong, but inevitably it was always the beginning of the end for the streak and I would relapse soon after. Now I browse a different site but the issue still happens occasionally, except now I dont click on the images and immediately scroll down or close the tab when it does.

My point is that it only counts as a relapse if you are actively engaging in it. It isn't really your fault if you see something that triggers you and you had no way of knowing it would be there, but I think the fact you were expecting erotic content means that on some level you were engaging with it. For now I would say learn your lesson and dont go to these sorts of sites, even with a web filter a lot of them still get through.

  4. @AtomicTango and others:

For Chrome and Firefox, you can install the "Adblock Plus" extension - that will stop most of the ads that show up on the sides of webpages

Wouldn’t count it as a relapse, since you accidentally saw it and you weren’t actively searching for it. If your brain was telling you to look for it, and you saw it on purpose, I’d consider it a relapse.

I have adblock already, the images I was referring to were actual articles on the site. I wrote a thread about it a few days ago where I questioned why in the hell it was counted as being news.

In first moment my reaction was "Holy shit I get out from here" and I rapid closed my browser. But after this situation I got urge to back in the site and finish the work but I was strong and I get up from my computer and take 10 deep breaths and I walked about my room. I finished comedy with Leslie Nielsen and I went to sleep.
After this I had trouble with sleeping. My mind creates images, fantasy etc. but with difficulties I was fall asleep.
Today I was wake up with an urge to back again in this blog and search what I will see next in this blog but urge was pass. Now I feel neutral not depresssed not superpowers but neutral.

  8. Yes, I always have trouble sleeping after a comedy with Leslie Nielsen, lol! :p

But what you did yesterday was unwise, not a relapse. Even if you intended viewing a porn gif for 2 or 3 seconds it is doubtful how much 'damage' would be done at the time. The risk with unwise behaviours are that they can, over time, move the limits of what is unacceptable more and more towards porn and/or masturbation and/or orgasm. Be careful.

  9. I always believed that it only counts as a relapse if you engaged in it and it led you down a path where you started to fap off or search out more erotic images/videos. If its an accident then its out of your control don't beat yourself up about it. This has happened to me a few times i went to a website and then you see some advert or an image or something which is erotic but i pay no attention to it. I would feel bad if it caused me to fap off but not if i just scrolled past it and ignored it.

Tell yourself its only pixels and not real woman and move on. Its like me being super attracted to Jennifer Lawrence, but i don't want to fap to her pixels but have the real Jennifer herself.

  11. I feel ya on some Charisma Carpenter. Sure you weren’t P-subbing?

Why the hell are you clicking on blog called Sensual Fetish? What did you think would be on there—holiday muffin recipes?

You didn’t jerk it so that’s good. Stop clicking on obviously sexual websites.

Because you didn't jerk off, and you also didn't want to see that gif, I would say that it shouldn't count as a relapse, but instead count it as a half-relapse, where if you do anything like that again, then count it as a relapse.

Also, I've been seeing a ton of people with little quotes or saying their best streak above their PMO tracker. How do you do that?

Today I had relapse. After this porn gif urges are back but today pressure was so strong and I relapse. Off course not to porn. I watched some video on youtube with foot fetish so... back to day 0.

How I withstanded on 104 days? Answer is one - Willpower and change desire. When my confidence was rise and happiness too I talk to myself "This is version of me that I always wanted to be" But i don't know when I relapsed...
