Accountability - Financial Disincentive Through Charitable Donations

    I knew a guy one time who had a tool he used to keep track of smoking and I think it had the ability to have him donate $X to charity automatically every time he smoked. I don't know what the tool was called, but it would be good to use it for fapping.

    Anybody heard of an online tool like that? If not, NoFap.com should create one to fund itself!

    I've not heard of a tool like that, but one time that I gave up for a while, I used to pay myself one pound each time I made it through a day without using porn. I kept it in a jar and it was really good seeing it add up each day. The plan was to buy myself a present when I made it to 100 days, or, if I lapsed, give it to charity and start again from scratch. I managed 26 days, so maybe it worked. I might try it again.
