    So just to check in a back to two days I am really screwing up my life with my jobs... to stay away from pmo I've been reading science fiction... read too long so because of that I screwed up on one of my own projects today...
    So all of our excesses have problems...
    People ask what to do with when you really in the midst of a trigger or your mind's really going so I have two methods :
    one is that I ask "what is the source of this" looking right at it arising in my mind...
    And I turn it over to God or the Angels or whatever higher power you have...
    Then I do some holy wrathful mantra...

    The second method is just in the moments of the stuff rising in my mind I say ( in a sort of arrogant, disgusted way, like I think a normal person might be...)
    " I will not engage in this nonsense for even one second"...
    And then I imagine a frog jumping into a small puddle and swimming around three times counterclockwise....
    And I'm so surprised that the second one is actually working

    My prayer for everyone in the nofap is that the angels rest on their shoulders and and their heads and that they be removed from any difficulties with their minds or sexual fantasy, have insights into whatever their problems are...
    And angels on the head of anyone working with sexual attention and I just really encourage anyone that's even slightly religious to pray for everyone in nofap please...

    Day 7! Notice a decent increase in energy level. Had trouble sleeping! But am up and going to the gym!

    Day 0, I don't understand why I am relapsing after a good 7week streak and at the time of urges I just forgot what I have decided why I am doing this. We know this thing is not good for us but then also I am just wasting my time and energy on this. But this time I am not giving up I will fight until I remove this from my life permanently.

    I really hear you there this is one of my May problems I get about seven days out and I cannot even remember why there is any problem with PMO...
    It just arises "right now let's just go do PMO"
    So I do have one I call my yellow book that has 20 years of the huge problems difficulties pain and just screw-ups that have happened from PMO.... I have made it a habit to read it every morning... That helps, too remember the cost, but I have to say it usually is still not enough because at 7 days lately I'm still going PMO....

    Day 0! I recently started on trying to improve on myself round about 2 weeks ago, going to the gym again, and most importantly trying to stave off PMO. I've been able to consistently work out every 2 days since that time, but I found it incredibly hard not to engage in any PMO, and I relapsed after just a couple days. Maybe it's because I've been trying to do it alone instead of reaching out to others.

    Anyways, I'm planning to keep myself accountable as much as possible and report how it's going on here and other places so I have some sort of outlet to talk, rather than keep all my thoughts bottled up. Hopefully I'll be able to go 90 days, round about the time I finish my first year in uni, in the end of June. I want to get better and I want to build up some discipline, get unhooked off of this drug.

    Daaaaaaaaaaaaaay 1! Body forced itself awake early again, felt strong urges. Unlike yesterday, I was able to hold off, but my sleep time is really feeling the impact. It really sucks when you're a zombie by 10 in the morning. Gonna slog through and try to get to be early tonight. Worked out which is helping combat the urges. This is a lot harder than it looks but I'm just going day by day

    It takes a lot of fortitude and discipline that's for sure. I'm 1 day in and already battling for every minute. You need to find some activities to take your mind off of porn. Try working out, or connecting with friends. Cleaning your house is also great. You need to be able to discipline yourself, if you can't trust yourself then it's all over. Institute punishments for failure, and rewards for when you succeed. Then follow them to a T. Make both long term and short term goals so you know what you're striving for. Don't give up!

    Hello,
    Coming to forum after watching porn and relapse. I keep telling myself don’t watch but hijacker win today. A hard day for me day. Study and become something and fix myself for relationship. hope this time i will make more days will also add exercise i think that not having increase chance of urge. Getting back to challenge too.

    In the past 153 days I have:

    * PMO'd 9 times but not fully relapsed
    * MO'd 1 time but not fully relapsed
    * Averaging 17 days on strict PMO nofap
    * 33 days straight nofap streak so far

    I recommend the HCT-method (watch the video on dopamine detox.com, that was enough for me) it made me experience the most easy month ever, with almost no urges and when I saw something by accident, I was able to click it away imidiately.

    Day 39 today, went to the gym for the first time since 3 weeks because of 10 days of isolation (corona; illness) and I needed to catch up for school. Hope my brain will work better, monday it did so that's a good sign.
    Almost hitting the longest streaks in 9 months or so! Le's go, what helped me was watching the free video on the site of dopamine detox and I've downloaded a scheme to help you form Scandinavian Bob.

    Disrupting the hijacker is hard it is difficult so when the hijacker comes I imagine that a frog jumps into a puddle and swims three times and I watch it as it swims three times counterclockwise and then hops out...
    This seems so stupid, but it really somehow interrupts the hijacker...
    It has helped me many times we also called the hijacker: wormtongue....
