    Today was day 166.
    My last longest streak was 165 days long. so yeah, today was a milestone haha!
     
  2. Day 5. Had a wet dream yesterday. Still not able to get back to old roots of my daily routine of exercises and yoga. I will try starting that today.

    Hello, currently on day 3, survived 2 days of party's going out. Last time it went wrong because of a girl that stood against me, I did get a boner and then she kept her ass against me. For this first thing I want to hear how I can deal better with this, as I keep thinking about it when I don't do anything with opportunities to fix girls. Also it went wrong because I did drink and didn't fix a girl (mostly this is not a reason for urges, but in moments of a mental weak state, read: beating myself up for not stepping on to girls, not anticipate at actions (flirting signs or going in on what she said and turn it into a flirt).

    Please help me and comment how I can handle the following things better, so I can get to the 90 days and beyond.

    1 beating yourself up (mentally weak moments) and 2 girls that are doing horney things like moving her ass against your front side.

  4. Hello everyone ,

    I used to post here a while back , but than I had a really bad case of depression and deleted my account, I basically wasted 2 years of my life.
    Where I live they really fucked us with covid lockdowns, being locked in your home for two years is definitely not good for your mental health. In the last year I have been tryinsg to quit but I never broke a 7 day streak.
    I am tired of living life consumed by empty pleasures so I decided to pick up my nofap journey more seriously.

    -Little about me: I have been addicted for around 10 years, although I only saw it as a problem 4 years I and have been trying to quit ever since. My longest streak was 2 years ago and it was around 45 days, after that I had some 15-30 days streaks, but for the last year it has been really bad, I haven't had a decent streak.

    -My nofap goal: I assume everyone here as a similar goal. To quit PMO for good.
    I plan on updating here daily at least until a reach day 90 and maybe even after.

    I hope that I am welcome to post here
    And I wish you all success on your journeys.

    one thing for me - and it is of course easier said than done, but try to rid yourself of shame/guilt/negative self talk. treat yourself as you would treat your best friend, or someone you love. with kindness and empathy.

    mindfulness practices have been a part of my NoFap journey. self-empathy is a key aspect of this.

    Day 3 and Checking
    Completed 90 days challenge long ago (about an year ago), Stayed clean for from 2 days to 2 weeks to 2 months but again relapsed yet knowing the impact.
    Starting again with determination and self power.

  8. Relapsed again. I have to start once again from the basics. I had a stressful period of time that I couldn't overcome. I haven't started my daily routine of exercises and meditation but I have to do this next thing tomorrow morning at 8 during which I usually do. I have faith in myself and most importantly I have to direct my attention towards overcoming such things.

    Looks like i have to go back to the fundamental basics. This month has been a failure so far

    It keeps going back to the rabbit hole, as such i need something, to do something significant to gain a leverage

    I don't masturbate anymore.
    I no longer identify as these 2 things anymore.
    I've changed for the better.

  15. Sorry I didn't update for a while , I had a really bad relapse, binged for 3 days.

    I had a lot of things I had do but the deadline was coming too soon so I caved in to the stress and just binged.
    In created a loop where my addiction that I used to deal with stress also causes stress.
    I need to quit this before I destroy my life completely.

    Day 10: feeling great.

    An effective way to do accountability: tell how you relapsed and people give advice about how this person should've reacted to not relapse or slip.

    Relapses and slips are just data.

    Bro,
    After some months of meditating for 5 minutes every day (just to create the habit so I could use this coping skill when necessary), it has been working amazingly for me.

    But it's difficult to use coping skills because when you're about to relapse the desire is too big. Because our reptilian brain is more trained than the logical brain, and because of that when you're experiencing an urge or strong emotions it's gonna be harder to deal with it.

    You need to steel your logical brain to be bigger than the urgers and strong emotions. You can see how to do that in a free e-book called 7 secrets of porn free men. It is super simple and effective
