    Day 1.

    During the last two months Ive given up my smart phone. Ive looked at porn on three days. 2 days had to check something on my computer at home, which i dont normally use at home.

    I feel like Im pretty close to ditching the habit completely.

    I will now go no masturbation also. And other thing.

    Checking in im trying to battle my porn addiction that I think I had since I was 10yo been so long I totally forgot
    I tried few times best I went for was 1 month but since my mental health isn't doing too good I'm I relapse a lot because i usually feel i ill forever be alone friendless and no partner in life this is just probably my porn addiction talking but I'm here taking this very seriously porn drained the life out of me made me lazy
    I feel I have potential so I'm going to fight for it and try my best
    i hope everyone do the same and good luck everyone and please wish me luck as well

  3. Checkin in. I was triggered today while I was watching tv. I am feeling horny today for that reason. I need to take some fresh air outside my comfort. I am using another blocker now which has resolved my issue so thats a good i guess. I will stop watching tv while eating from now on. Honestly i had this bad habit since childhood and i felt like this compulsive behavior to watch something everytime j eat. Maybe the reason I eat and watch tv at the same time is that i feel bored with no dopamine or appetite for to eat food at times. Its getting addictive and I am not sure how to deal with it.

  5. Checking in. Had urges today but I felt like more in control today. Still had to go through some hornie moments while deleting and blocking some porn while resetting my pc
     
  6. Checkin in. Having a hard time to be more productive these days. Urges are pouncing in my head, itching to make a single wrong decision to relapse. I need to make sure I can 30 day mark. After that my college starts so I will not be having much time. Stress= urges

  9. Checkin. Had a flashy dream. It felt like porn. The adrenaline rush felt really real for sec. Luckily I was able to hold myself and woke up. I was also having urges of boredom and dissatisfaction by the end of the day but after looking up for suggestions in nofap with some physical activities i forgot all about it. This is a common symptom for me to relapse so it been tough

    Day 14 in the list!! A good day, got more clarity and also getting myself prepared for tomorrows important exam. Tomorrow is a really important day for me.
     
  14. Like my di@# was itchin for release the trigger that was circling my brain. I am still not over it yet but I did some exhausting activity yesterday so that might help me I guess

  15. Check in. Had a underwhelming day today. Depression can lead to porn so I have to be more aware.
