Checking in. Last day it continued to be underwhelming day. But i felt I like have to change my mindset more so that i can not only stay away from adult content but also have a positive mindset.

Checkin in. Feeling a little bit fresh today. Last day I was feeling too toxic and I didn't have any desire to do anything. I will not lie when I take one step forward and see others having setback, I feel arrogant. This can just be intuitive but this impacts a lot into slipping away to porn then relapse.
Day one, checking in. Just found this site, going to put a lot of effort into coming here daily, so look for me! Struggling with addiction for awhile in secret, recently had it all blow up and am now facing a divorce. Hope to move forward and stay strong through all this. My plan is to bury myself in studying, trying to get into school, and helping others on this and a few other sites. Let's just hope one sticks.
Checkin'. Wrote all the keywords yesterday for the new blocker that I am using. I became triggered with all of them. Slowly I was starting to realize that how I have gone to such lengths to my addiction for 12 years. I can't even mention them but I am sure i have spend over thousands of dollars for this shit by now :|

Hey guys, I was about to complete day 3 but had a lot of trouble falling asleep, I was also anxious about an exam coming today. Ended up relapsing (didn't watch anything at least). I really tried to sleep, like an hour and half. And worse, I relapsed but couldn't fall asleep lol.
Any advice on this? I'll try everything next time
