    Sorry you relapsed that sucks. It's such a struggle obviously I know. I was at 5 months no PMO and relapsed after reading some triggering book of all things. hehe.

    I'm glad you have your reasons to keep going including love of language :) you're gonna maintain your streak and me too

    Updated my badge on here. I'm proud of my 13 day streak short as it may be. The phone call group is always the main thing that's keeping me off PMO.

    Hecka sleepy rn. The problem for me is. Punching people in the head is hurting my right wrist. It's not a win for me unless I beat the being AND don't get any injuries. That's a real win.

    Sighs.


    So I'm trying to change my punching style. I'll spar K sometime and see how that goes. Maybe another bout with R would be better but K might actually be able to fix my punches if there's anything to be done. I saw a physical therapist who said sometimes your wrist just gets hurt and you can't keep fighting. So I'm just going to see about that haha. If I fail and I can't keep going with fighting I'll keep doing shadow boxing and solo training. Bummer tho. Sparring's the best!

    My plan is to hit more Jeet Kun Do style and turnover the hook on headshots. This will possibly fix the wrist issue. IDK what else I could do. I could try sparring with smaller gloves. Fun hah.

    It'll work. The JKD style punching will cure the wrist issue and I'll be a knockout artist in no time ;) May it be so.

    Otherwise stuffs cool. Worked on my front lever and handstand today.

    Maybe gonna work on a back lever as well. I like how it strengthens the lower back which has been a difficult area for me at times to keep healthy due to genetics on both sides

    @higor pereira araujo That's cool. Those skills you listed are all really fun and high level stuff. HSPU, planche, 90 DPU.

    Ah working planche is really fun. Wow 90 DPU is about as hardcore as you can get with bodyweight skills. You ever get close to pulling one off? That means you gotta be able to planche pushup and handstand pushup as well as do the holds of both of those. Wow. @_@ lol My mind is blown.

    I just like doing basic strength training with calisthenics lol. I'm hecka basic like that. I love the skills they were just intimidating so I didn't try them for a while. Guess I could work on a planche and a handstand to start. Then try to do them in pushup form later. Then I'd have to transition from intermediate to advanced programming to pull off that kinda training tho.

    At most I could work on the holds for now. :)

    Go make and save some money and join the group calls if u think that can helps you maybe it's worth a try. Maybe they can sponsor you with a discount for being from Brazil. IDK I just want to see us both winning man <3 You'll find a way to maintain the streak

    Damn, you`re such an athlete. Perhaps you know a guy called David Goggins, he`s the best three athlete out there. He ran a fucking marathon on broken legs! How crazy is that?

    I have to work out more often, I`m losing my discipline in this area. By the way, how much do you think I should work out? I`m talking about minutes, hours...Because I`m not focused on that, even though I think it`s really cool, and I want to spend as less time as possible with it.

    Checking in - I relapsed yesterday, but that`s fine, I`m taking some healthy risks to improve my financial life, and stuff. I relapsed on kindle because I need to read a lot, and using kindle on my phone is new to me so I`m still working out the kinks. It has been really hard to bounce back and go back on track, I`m losing my discipline when it comes to working out and diet, I need to get my shit together.

    But an amazing thing is that I`m practicing my English with native speakers through an app called Hello Talk, I think that`ll help a lot with my shyness and social anxiety, and eventually, I`ll be able to approach girls.

    First off 30 days is very good! Few people in the population have done that much

    For ideas Hmmm it was all about spiritual practice tbh. I do Zazen meditation and yoga regularly.

    I got the book too but this pdf has images of the mudra which helps. My approach to this book is just take whatever works for you. I do the practice in a more relaxed way without the like thing where he says to push your diaphragm down.

    there’s another book that helped about semen retention but it’s a very extreme viewpoint and I felt was almost harmful without some caveats and guidance to take it with a grain of salt. I’ll share that one when y read at least the first chapter of zen mind beginners mind pdf :) :p

    Oh yea Goggins is hardcore. He’s like the Chuck Norris of fitness lol. I heard about his broken legs marathon. Ouch! That’s incredible toughness

    Also of course having people around with longer streaks than me to like ask questions. I have a buddy who I ask about how he maintains his streak and he’s got like 200 days. But I made sure everyone in my circle is supportive nice and chill.

    omm with training hours, I’d start with 30 minutes Monday Wednesday Friday. NO MATTER WHAT! Naruto level dedication with beginner lever training is how I managed to get off the ground heheh

    Pick whatever exercise style you like just do it 30m MWF rest the other days with some light walking 10-20 mins

    if you’re doing calisthenics MWF I’d say do like just work on your handstand and planche. Or whatever skills you’re into. Start with the holds then the strength training reps.

    not more than five exercises in a workout.

    simonsters calisthenics basic exercises helps a lot too

    Day 14

    Gah! Kinda tired. Visited my gf today even tho I saw her yesterday. Totally unnecessary. I would've preferred to stay home today to study hardcore, but I failed at that much because I was kinda excited to get to see her since I just moved closer to her and she just got back from Australia for wokr.

    I can't be hard on myself for that much. Especially as I'm making a lot of progress in taking rest days now and studying Sunday through Thursday at the library. On rest days the only active stuff I do is to do some very basic muay thai or karate forms. Neither of which I do with any intensity haha. Then take a 10 minute or so walk is good. It's so enjoyable to walk around on a cool morning! No wonder so many old folks do it :)

    Studying at the library today was good though. Got about an hour in and learned about reality therapy theory. So cool! Seguoi.

    Now I'm watching Re: Zero and eating vegetables haha. The calisthenics people said u gotta eat mostly lean meat, veggies and grains so I'm on it with the veggies now.

    Got the kind you can microwave in bag and also the real kind that I cook in my Aroma rice cooker thing that also does veggies for me.

    Blah, I would just do more yoga and less shadowboxing but, my anime nerd friends are into Martial arts and I kinda talk a lot XD (T.T) and get enthused. So I'm trying to keep training. Otherwise they'll kick my butt. Still two days with 30m yoga flow is nice :)

    I did some dips and pullups yesterday with a 30lb weight vest. And while I can tell it builds my size quickly. I don't really want to continue with the vest because it cost me too much energy. So I'll keep it to bodyweight for now.

    This means more energy for studying, watching anime etc ^_^

    Checking in - I`m doing good. I read a book about porn recovery and I learned that if you want to heal for good, you should know how to fill the void... with a partner, with your purpose, your hobbies, and so on and so forth. So that`s what I`m trying to do, I`ll start building a business.

    Ommm I was gonna go to the library but I'm learning to be a bit more flexible with things. I'll go crazy on Saturday and just try to study as much as possible. Maybe I could get at least 3 hours of study time in or more at the library.

    All the other days of the week I'm just gonna go study as I feel able. If I don't do it at least every other day though then it's time to kick my butt into the books and go study :)

    I need better sleep. So I'll be in bed ready to wind down before 10pm tonight. That'll be good for me to help me sleep.

    I dunno what else to say

    My anime is so great

    The live action stuff is whatever's to me

    It's not on the same level of interest

    Interesting how I got so into it

    I've come around to the live action more though to watch with others

    I could use a couple nails and a hammer to frame my Rem Chan poster.

    Also Burn-up Scramble doesn't even look like that good of an anime but I got a free framed print of it. :] :\

    Should I just sell or get rid of it? :(

    But there's no where (legal) to watch that show darn it. Kiss anime so sketch. Wonder if there's a Manga. ?_? Where can I watch it?


    Gotta drop by lil thingamajigs after work today if I can. Yeah. I bet there's a library near it. And I can get some skinny blue jeans at Uniqlo.

    I basically don't feel comfortable journaling on my own so I do it here. I bet if I could do both I'd have a lot more focused content on nofap -_-

    I'd love to participate in the LOTR Super Saiyan or Naruto or Batman challenges. I jsut ommmm I get uncomfortable doing those ones. This thread is the only one I feel safe in >_K

    Sighs maybe I'll just leave good enough alone though and not try more threads. It's nice to at least have this one hehe.

    The phone calls are once a week for 1.5 hours. I dunno if they're supposed to be that long but it's 8-930pm. And my bedtime is 920 so it's cutting into my normal schedule. I guess I'll just have to dip out at 920pm. That's good enough too.

    Been sleepy from staying up and also erm lots of time together with my gf can tired me out

    But I basically figured out how to make things work better with her. Like in a big way so that's good

    hoo. 1.5 hours to go and I'm done with work today. I get a high wage as a therapist in training but if my clients no show I won't get any money T.T

    Thankfully they almost always show up. like 90%+

    I think I'll get about six hours today that's very good.

    I gotta stop buying things. I got a couple cheap anime sweaters at walmart now I wanna buy more anime stuff lol

    At most one more anime figure and a pair of jeans should do it.

    My Naruto hoodie got some tiny bleach spots on the sleeve. It's very small and I feel guilty returning it for a new one since I'm the one who washed it wrong and bleached it. It'd kinda be abusing the return policy if I return it due to a defect that I caused. :\

    That's asking someone else to pay for your mistake. Only my inner circle should be tasked with that burden. Still it'd be nice to abuse it and get a new one and take better care of it. I think I'll keep the hoodie. Like screw it yoiu know? It'll help me to deal with my mistake and eternally motivated me to take better care of my clothing.
