Ive completed 4 days so far, and right now i am very tempted. struggling
Today is day 5 and while currently it is not hard for me to maintain the streak, I still have not much motivation overall.

Feeling good, a lot better than I did when I started this, now 7 (!) days ago. Feeling terrible after a relapse/binge is what led me to find this site in the first place - I knew about r/NoFap, but not about this board, and not about the idea of accountability.
Coming up on my goal of 10 days. I've hit 10 days before, but generally when I get there I determine that I've earned a wank. And then one the next day, and the next. Soon it's 4-5 wanking days in a row and I'm not feeling good. So this time, I'd like to do better. 15 days? 30? 90?
The thing is, I'm happily married with a beautiful wife. Not sure how many weeks I can go before she starts wondering what's up. She doesn't know about my struggle. I know that porn & masturbation is a lot different than natural sex with your wife, but weirdly I've found that sex with her can trigger a relapse. I either need to go for a longer Hard-Mode "reset" before resuming intimacy with her, or I need to be extra strong and not fall into a wanking routine afterwards. Note, she is very receptive to sex but her sex drive is average, I generally initiate more often than her, so I could buy another couple of weeks, probably.

the best recomendation would be talk to your wife about the problem for she to help you, but im very sure youre not gonna be open to this idea, so i would recommend to try to beat up your badge and try to surpass 10 days (maybe 20 i dont know as you like), just be carefull to not stop having relations with your wife for a very long period that could bring a litle bit of issues especially with all this thing of the quarantine, or you can just give up the hard mode and only abstaining of porn and masturbation ( wich i think its easier but again, i dont know your situation so do as you like) in any case take the choice that you think its better for you and your health,again i dont know your situation so i cant tell you what option to take im only putting the options that i would cosiderate based on the information you give to us
note: seting this apart: CONGRATULATION FOR YOUR 7 DAYS thats an achievment by it self, i know it sounds weird puting this at the end but i needed to say it , because for me that im only on 2 thats an amazing achievment do what makes you happier even if it sounds cliche and in my personal opinion i know you can go even far that 10 hard mode or not so keep it up we are with you

Done with 5 days. The reason why porn addicts lack self confidence is because addiction in itself brings down one's self esteem. It makes them feel as if they are a slave to something. How can you feel unstoppable and powerful if a pitiful subject like porn is stepping on top of you? Along with porn causing dopamine + serotonin deficiency that contributes to killing self confidence, porn "addiction" in itself kills confidence.

hi man well you are goin great 8 days you just need to be carefull its bi this time that you may get some tentation, you need to focus on your self commitment and be alert of when you are in more danger of screw the things if you know what i mean i recomend make a schedule of the things that you want to do on the day and apply it and put on that list things like meditation or exercise or both even if it sounds cliche it will helps you a lot make some weight training will improve you a lot and with meditation it can create a solid productivity and concentration rutine,you can ivestigate the rule of the 1+3+7+10 its have to mean a lot with what im explaining
note: im just posting this based on my experience and what im doing right know in order to get better and i want to share with everybody because i thing we are here for that help each other but youre free anybody its free to do what they want really wish you the best man hold on this is just starting youre doing well
